Here’s what you’ll be doing:
In this key leadership role In this role, you’ll be setting the long-term market strategy across SME, Landlord and ancillaries to support and enhance our core customer proposition with the capability to mould the role into one that works for you.
Your manager Ruth (Director of Commercial) is all about coaching and teaching offering straightforward support where it is needed, you’ll need to take ownership and accountability.

As one of our Head of Insurance Products, you’ll:

  • take responsibility for the core new business trading budget 
  • own responsibility for delivery of conversion targets
  • line manage the new insurance products team
  • work cross-functionally to deliver against strategy and budget 
  • identifying and verify new opportunities to deliver value to the customer

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • able to influence our direction, decisions, and execution 
  • customer and commercially-focused, reflected in decision making
  • excellent at coaching, negotiation, persuasion and analytics
  • able to manage and lead a team through highly pressurised periods
  • able to set and deliver on strategy 
  • strong insurance product and market knowledge
