The Customer Solutions Center (CSC) is the sales & service department at Simply Business – striving to provide a great experience to all current and future customers! We are seeking customer-centric and detail-oriented individuals to join our growing team as Licensed Service Agents within the CSC. As a Licensed Service Agent, you will act as the primary contact for direct customer service inquiries.
As a Licensed Service Agent you will:
- Handle customer service inquiries via inbound and outbound calls, direct email, and ZenDesk Customer Service software
- Meet or exceed service level targets
- Resolve customer issues effectively while delivering a positive customer experience
- Assist customers in making policy changes
- Process policy cancellations & rewrites as appropriate
- Quote and process policy renewals
- Send Certificates of Insurance & policy documents as requested
- Use relevant systems to update information on customer accounts
- Ensure a smooth process is followed regarding payment of premiums and the issue of documentation
- Effectively manage call backs and follow ups
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and enhance the customer experience
- Adhere to all compliance and quality standards
What we are looking for:
- Licensed Property & Casualty Producers
- 1+ year experience in Customer Service in commercial insurance or a complex insurance environment
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding service level targets
- Ability to clearly communicate information about our insurance products to each customer, Agility to deal with different customer concerns, questions, and objections
- Excellent communication and customer service skills. Flexibility to adapt one’s style to engage with different customers in the right way
- Strong attention to detail
- Computer literacy with the ability to navigate and use multiple systems
